Quality Control Analyst | $10/hr Remote

Position: QA Analyst

Type: Hourly contract (Part-time)

Compensation: $5–$10/hour

Location: Remote (India)

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end quality assurance reviews of recorded interviews.
• Identify, flag, and annotate technical issues such as audio/video glitches or premature terminations.
• Review candidate profiles flagged by fraud-detection systems and verify claims related to education, employment, or achievements using sources like LinkedIn.
• Detect subtle forms of cheating, including AI-assisted or externally prompted responses.
• Analyze behavioral indicators such as eye movement, timing inconsistencies, and unnatural response patterns.
• Maintain and continuously improve a reference library of cheating patterns and decision criteria.

Requirements

• Strong English comprehension with clear and concise written communication skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and evaluating professional credentials.
• Excellent critical thinking skills to distinguish genuine expertise from memorized or superficial answers.
• Ability to assess jargon-heavy responses and evaluate authentic understanding.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, detail-oriented role.
